Lobby Supervisor
Academy of Holy Angels is hiring a part-time Lobby Supervisor for afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts. The Lobby Supervisor is the first point of contact at Academy of Holy Angels (AHA) and is responsible for ensuring a positive, welcoming, and safe environment for the AHA Community.
Hourly wage = $18.00
Primary Responsibilities:
- To be present, ready to work and on time for all scheduled shifts
- Welcome and direct students, athletes, and visitors
- Manage student/guest behavior
- Receive deliveries; notify recipient
- Answer phone calls as needed
- Provide assistance outside user groups as needed
- Provide assistance with or contact maintenance as needed
- Ensure a safe and clean environment
Job Qualifications:
- Customer service/supervisory experience preferred
- Able to work independently
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and non-school days
- Satisfactory completion of a background check

Health Office Nurse/RN
This Health Office Nurse will assess and evaluate the health status of students (grades 9-12); provide nurse care and/or develop a nursing care plan for those with chronic health conditions; and provide information to students and their families regarding general health issues
Qualifications:
- Registered Nursing license preferred
- High School or GED equivalent.
- 2 years of post-high school education in a health care field preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of and ability to work effectively with special needs students, including dealing with seizures and medical emergencies.
- Demonstrated interest and abilities to develop and sustain good relationships with students, staff, parents, guardians and others connected to the school setting.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and competence with the building's / department's / District's current office technologies required to keep assigned student / program records.
- Current Red Cross First Aid certificate preferred.
- CPR certification following on-the-job training.
A RN degree and license is preferred ($32.60 per hour)
Qualified candidates without an RN license could be placed as a Health para ($19.44 - $23.05 per hour).
5-6 Hours per day, 180 school days

Full-Time Custodian/Groundskeeper
This Custodian position has a special focus on groundskeeping, as the individual in this position will
maintain the outside grounds of AHA. In addition, this position will have primary responsibility of
cleaning the StarDome athletic fields and building. This groundskeeping work entails snow and ice
removal, lawn care, weed control, hedge trimming, and other tasks required to maintain a safe and well-kept campus. This position also requires interior maintenance work, set-up/takedown of events, and cleaning. This is a union position working a Tuesday-Saturday schedule. Wage differential applies to evenings and weekends.
Hourly wage = $24.31
Primary Responsibilities:
- Snow and ice removal, sanding and salting of campus
- Mowing, weed whipping and hedge trimming
- Maintain cleanliness of the school and campus, including bathrooms
- Sweep, mop, scrub and vacuum floors
- Clean windows and other horizontal surfaces
- Communicate with Maintenance Team and Facilities Manager
- Notify Facilities Manager of needed repairs
- Prepare, set up, take down for athletic and special events
Job Qualifications:
- Experience with snow removal equipment (e.g. snow blower, sweeper, truck plow) preferred
- Previous custodian and groundskeeping experience preferred
- Good communication skills and a working knowledge of email and smartphone use
- Able to work independently
- Ability to work in hot and cold weather outside for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb a ladder, kneel/bend/lift up to 70 lbs without restrictions
- Flexibility in work schedule
- Satisfactory completion of a background check
